Returns & Refunds policy

We have a friendly customer support and we look forward to satisfy you. We love photography as you do. We test, calibrate and validate each accessory on a real camera in our shop before shipping it to you, in order to ensure that you will receive a fully functional accessory for your camera. We usually send instructions (annotated document, youtube video or both) on how to correctly install the accessories on your camera. Upon reception, if you think there is a problem/issue with your order and before engaging any return procedure give us a Whatsapp message or send us a mail explaining your problem at gad3d@gad3d.com. Despite the fact that we send you instructions of how to install your accessories on your camera after each purchase, some accessories require more attention than others and we can help you installing them successfully. We will answer you within 24 hours. Also, we can assist you via Whatsapp in order to effectively and rapidly solve your problem.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If there was a error from our side, for example a different article was shipped to you, which is very rare, we will also reimburse you the shipping fees. For that, you should keep the receipt as a proof.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The goods are in the same packaging as when it was delivered to you.

The following orders (goods) cannot be returned:

  • Unless there was an error from our side despite confirming each step of your projects together, accessories resulting from a custom-made project made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot ne returned.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

To return goods, we strongly recommend you to use a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
